At Debt Out we understand how important protecting the personal information of our customers is. We try, wherever possible, to seek out the best option for you and your financial circumstances. In-line with this commitment we may from time-to-time pass your information to another specialist company with an aim to best resolve your financial situation. These include specialists companies who may offer solutions such as Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), right-to-buy (RTB), market comparison sites, unsecured loans etc. In the instance that your financial circumstances could be improved by sharing such information we may also do so with specialist companies whom come into contact with Debt Out. We may also provide information, to the required extent required by legislation, Court Order, Government order or decree. Except that described above we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Use of your information

Your information enables us to allow you access to all areas of our site and to provide additional services noted on the site – including call back, assessments etc. We will also use the information to analyse information we collect so we are able to develop the business and support additional areas. In addition to this we may also chose to use the information when seeking feedback on services/ products. The information could also be used for the following reasons:

These partied will process information, assist in fulfilling service level agreements and provide support on our behalf, in-line with the requests of the service/s being provided to you.

We may also pass on information to selective third-parties, when consented by you by providing your details, who may contact you to offer services that may be of interest to you. These selective companies may also contact you by post, email, telephone and sms.
